It has an apartment on the first floor, which can be accessed from the garden with an external staircase, suitable for a family with 4 beds with the possibility of having 1 extra bed in the living room; furnished and equipped with bed linen, bath and kitchen linen, with a large solarium, a corridor, two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa, a kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub, also for shower use.
In the attic, which can be accessed through an external staircase, a large studio apartment, furnished and equipped with bed, bath and kitchen linen, suitable for two people with the possibility of having an extra bed; it has an entrance with living room and kitchenette, sleeping area with 2 beds, large terrace, dressing room and bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Possibility to have an internal parking space and to deposit mountain bikes in the garage, indoors. Garden in the inner courtyard.
Near the Piazza della Basilica, it can accommodate tourists and workers with families who stay for long periods in Valtellina.
Two minutes from the access to the Via Valtellina and the Via Alpina and a 15 minute walk away from the UNESCO Rhaetian Railway Station.
