Delightful mountain cottage for all seasons, located in a small village in Valgerola, Mellarolo, at an altitude of 900 m, where the people are as simple and genuine as they once were. It is a renovation, June 2022, of an old farmhouse, in full respect of the environment, carried out with the use of eco-sustainable materials to obtain maximum energy efficiency. Modern style, bright and quiet.
The house consists of a living area with kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a mezzanine with a double bed and a small panoramic terrace on the first floor. On the ground floor a double bedroom and a second bathroom with shower. In the outdoor area there is a pergola with deck chairs and a garden.
From the balcony you can admire the wonderful panorama of the Orobie Alps.
